I love the workouts and the staff and coaches! Also, all the people who work out here are very welcoming and fun to exercise with! The actual workout is a great combo of cardio and strength. There are specialty workouts and options for a total strength workout or just a treadmill workout. Try it out!
Pre-planned workouts take away the stress of me trying to plan them myself. There are also lots of different types of exercises and lifting we do that target different muscles I may have neglected if I were planning the workouts myself.
i like how there are different types of classes, how each workout is different every class, and the rotations between the floor, treadmill, and rower. at a regular gym, it was always hard for me to stay motivated or not get bored of doing the same exercises over and over again. i love the variety OTF gives!
The staff is super knowledgeable and helps ensure you know what do to. Everyone is also super nice. I was really nervous for my first class and everyone made me feel great!
