I love the workouts and the staff and coaches! Also, all the people who work out here are very welcoming and fun to exercise with! The actual workout is a great combo of cardio and strength. There are specialty workouts and options for a total strength workout or just a treadmill workout. Try it out!

Led by coach and don’t have to figure it out on my own. Great, intense workout in a quick hour. Like having the heart rate monitor and stats.

The gym is larger and I do really like the trainers here — I see Lizz, Troy, Alexa & Lesli — all do a very nice job (music, motivating, etc)

i like how there are different types of classes, how each workout is different every class, and the rotations between the floor, treadmill, and rower. at a regular gym, it was always hard for me to stay motivated or not get bored of doing the same exercises over and over again. i love the variety OTF gives!

The staff is super knowledgeable and helps ensure you know what do to. Everyone is also super nice. I was really nervous for my first class and everyone made me feel great!
