if someone asks for recommendations i would totally suggest orangetheory! i’m no fitness expert so i love having someone tell me what to do in the gym. all the coaches i've had for classes so far have been super nice and encouraging. i also think the live feedback on heart rate is really cool for data collection and also a great way to keep from having a workout that's too intense and hard to recover from.
OTF is the best workout I've ever done! It goes by so quick and the coaches and front desk team make sure you always walk in and out of the [FIRST NAME REMOVED] with a smile on your face.
I love how most of the coaches push you to keep getting better. I have always struggled when I hit a workout plateau and it is nice to have someone pushing you. I also like the variety in the workouts.
