It provides everything I like in a workout. I am not by myself but I do not feel I have to compete with the others around me. I am guided by a personal trainer but they aren't standing over me like a drill sergeant. I can push myself and see the result on the heart monitor display board. The combination of cardio and weight resistance is wonderful and I also feel that I had a full body workout when I Ieave. The trainers are great and the music is right on point.
I love the coaches at Colonial specifically Nicole and Tim they both are the most concistent individuals that keep to the posted schedule rarely calling out and they both really make sure that I'm pushed appropriately and know what I'm capable of. I love the orange theory workout, there isn't a better concept out in the market today, however having quality individuals like Tim and Nicole really allow me to reach my best physically each day.
I love Orangetheory. I have tried many others, but the results I get with Orangetheory are the best, by far! I'm getting stronger and faster, more defined and have lost fat while gaining muscle.
I love that they offer so many class times; it works with my busy schedule and makes it easy to stick with the workouts. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the coaches are great at motivating and also tailoring workouts for injuries/illness. They are very supportive too, with beginners, they make sure you are ok/tailor workout to you, and make sure that you are doing exercises in a way that is safe.
I'm impressed by the cleanliness of the facility too, they always have wipes handy and encourage members to use them. It doesn't smell like a gym, and they even have a shower that looks inviting if you are sneaking in a workout on your way to work.
As I become more fit, I am really having fun too with the challenges that they offer periodically, the "Dri-Tri", "Marathon", etc., it helps to motivate me and gets me to challenge myself.
