It's the most effective use of gym time. I'm coached on how to reach maximum fat and calorie burn with a total body workout. I'm tired and sore afterward which helps me to know I worked out effectively and didn't waste time at the gym wandering around, wondering which machines or exercises to do.
I like the convenience of the high intensity, short period of time and great coaching. I don't have to spend time thinking. I just show up and go. I'm done for the day in just an hour. I also like the fact that this workout
is for everyone. No matter what their fitness level you can challenge yourself.
Low impact high energy group workouts are better than I could have imagined. So far I've had Jordan and Colton as instructors and they are both excellent. The ability to be able to handle large classes while making everyone feel like they are getting close personal attention is quite a skill. I do my best to attend their classes.
