The Trainer Drew was very attentive to everyone's form and had a great personality. He was fantastic. I came to do cardio/hiit and that's what I got. I like the use of the hrm and points as it let's me know where I am in class and can make it competitive which I like.
I think Jordan is doing a great job at managing and coaching. Kristen always has and still does offer a great experience. Both are very motivating and good at what they do. Both should be valued.I also liked that the music has been switched up as previously the music got a little stale. I just came back after 3 months and felt welcomed as if I never had missed a day. I had a great workout and left wanting to come back the next day. Well, not right after though.
I like that it's different every time but the exercises are repeated, so you can gain expertise in doing them after a time. I also like that's 60 minutes and I have to be there at a certain time for the start of class. If I could go to the gym anytime I wanted, I doubt I would be disciplined enough to actually go. I also really like that it doesn't feel like a meat market and everyone, from the front desk staff to the trainers and the other members, are friendly and cool.
Since joining, I have lost nearly 15 pounds and I have had fun doing so. I have invited ~5 friends to join me in a class and have 2 of them join (#TeamRita). The environment is clean and friendly with trainers who motivate me to give all my effort. Looking forward to my classes this week!
