every workout is different, energetic trainers, excited about working out instead of looking at it as a chore, most trainers are encouraging, music is loud and motivating, instructors are clear about directions. I feel great that I am getting the most out of my workout because the trainers are watching and instructing on proper form

I love that the workouts are different each time, the trainers are so friendly and supportive. I love how the front desk staff always greats me with a smile and a kind greeting. I love that I get a great workout in an hour. I love the music selection. I love that I'm seeing results and I feel good about my body and how I look.
