* takes the time to walk us thru the proper warm up before, the correct methods during and the applicable stretching after the workout - placing emphasis on a deliberate and an unhurried approach. (And the music from all eras is enjoyable as well!)
* the equipment is adequately spaced giving each athlete room to get in their own zone.
* the subtle verbal motivation from the trainer (sometimes individual sometimes group) inspires you to want to do better than the last time.
* and the personal touch of knowing each person's name all equals a successful experience for me.
