The enthusiasm that we have during the class, all workouts that were thought for each class, the motivation that trainers give us, it is a really amazing place to do workouts and also, it is open 7 days...so no excuse for not being able to go :):)
Orange is great for anyone that needs help or doesn't want to plan out their workouts. The coaches are motivating, smart and very friendly. I go 4-5 times a week and you really get to know everyone and its like a family.
Variety! Each workout is different focusing on different body parts, strength or endurance. Each class has a coach that is there tell help you, cheer you on or find modificatio s if needed.
How individually personalized the workout is! I come in to the studio and work out to my own ability, watching my heartrate. I almost always get 12 splat points, most days I double that.
The workout is efficient. I get cardio and weights in a short period of time. The coaches are awesome and encouraging and helpful! They never intimidate. The other people are great to be around. I am always the oldest person in class and everyone is supportive and encouraging and inclusive. The facility is super clean. I love it.
The staff is friendly but will push you. The workout is challenging and the variety keeps it from getting boring. The frequent challenges are a great way to measure your progress.
The coaches have high energy, motivating and love how you feel like their friend. The front staff are always friendly… and I always leave that place feeling accomplished and sparkly (sweaty)!!!
The class momentum, the trainers, the correcting you to do better the push, everyone is very friendly, the cleaness lof the facility including the bathroom .
The front desk staff just everyone is nice and very friendly.
I am glad I made this choice , if anything i should have done it a lit sooner .
All of the coaches are amazing! Down to earth and high energy. Always willing to answer questions and help you out during workouts. Overall a fun atmosphere that keeps me wanting to come back for more!
More variety in upper body, we do so many shoulder press, maybe add more bicep, triceps, and chest workout.
Other than that everything else is a 10/10 - coaches, front desk, equipment, music, vibe. Absolutely love it?
I like that I can consistently get a great cardio workout in just 1 hour. At traditional gyms it's all most impossible to get the same workout in the same amount of time.
I also like doing the weight and stabilization exercises to supplement the training I do outside of OT. It's really easy for me to come up with a strength workout on my own, but OT has a well thought out regimine of other excersizes I wouldn't know on my own.
Lastly, I like how the excercizes will vary from session to session. This keeps me from getting board or falling in a run.
Overall, all you really need to do is just show up and OT will take care of the rest.
