Great environment and I should have signed up sooner. Molly did a fantastic job walking me through the program and then both instructors in my first two classes have provided support on helping to make me better. High energy. Good excitement. I'm glad to be a member.
I like the structure the comes from an Orange Theory workout. The three different stations within the studio provides a whole body workout. I like how each day provides a different focus (strength, power, endurance, etc.). The variety makes each class exciting. The coaches are also essential for a great workout.
I loved the instructor, Jennifer. She was encouraging and motivating, without yelling at us. She kept everyone organized and made sure we were all on top of our blocks. It was a fun and challenging workout and a new environment for me (I am a member at a different studio).
The intensity, the changing dynamics of the workouts (endurance, power, strength), the coaches, the music, the atmosphere. And most of all, the body transformation in a short period of time coming 3 to 4 times per week is unlike anything I have ever done.
I love that it is a combination of cardio and strength training. The interval training is great.
The personalized coaching that happens at each class is so valuable. They are always ready to help you improvise or adjust the workout to meet your specific needs. I always thought that I would be intimidated, being" over 60", but OTF has worked with me and given me the confidence I need to continue to work out at a moderate to high level and lead a much more healthier life.
