I am a distance runner and this work out adds such a change to my daily routine. Gives me much more strength and variety. After one week I can already see changes in my upper body and core.

It's tough! I always get a great workout. I like the structure of the workout (usually 3 stations). I like being told what to do, as opposed to going to a regular gym and staring at the equipment, wondering what to do. I like the positivity of the coaches and how motivating they are. I like that they help out, when needed (clarifying instructions/the exercise, correcting form). The loud music keeps me going too.
I recommend Orange Theory Fitness to everyone I talk to. I find the intensity of the workouts great to get me out of exercise complacency. I love the variety and I love the quality and enthusiasm of the trainers. Can't say enough good things about an Orange Theory workout
I like how efficient and beneficial the hour work out is. I get the most impact for my time, especially since it incorporates the heart rate monitor. I loved heart rate training for a half marathon and group fitness classes, and Orange Theory combines both of them.
The sessions are always different and always challenging. I keep thinking it's going to get easier but it never does and that's a good thing. Also, the instructors are very knowledgeable and in tune to each participant in the class. They make sure that attendees are doing the exercises in proper form and keep an eye out for anyone struggling. I would say that I am one of the 'older' people in the class and was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up the pace but I enjoying the coaching and the challenge to not slack off.
I love that the workout is never the same. I like the combination of cardio and strength training. I feel like this is the most efficient workout. I also love the staff. They are all very inspiring and positive!
