I enjoy the daily variety of workouts. I like that we mix it up. I like that I have options and can work at my own pace. I LOVE Kara and Jessica!! They inspire me. They are kind and very knowledgable. I like that these two instructors encourage the class to work hard and do our best, but do not make the clients feel inadequate.
I like the variety and the combination of cardio and strength training. I also like that I don't have to really think about it. It's like having a personal trainer, but it's much less expensive. I can just go in and have the coach tell me what to do for 60 minutes.
I've played a lot fo sports growing up and have had a tough time finding a program that offers the energy and drive, like a practice, that leads to a full work out and motivates you to push yourself to reach goals. I walk out of each class sore but smilling, becuase I know I got a great work out and it just gets better with the email confirming my calories burned and Splat points.
I love all of it!!! I love my Saturday morning workouts with Carrie!! She plays the best music, I find myself pushing hard!! I love that I can have an injury and can still come in and get a full great workout!
