It changes every single time, that's probably what I like most. It is always challenging, diverse and effective so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.
Also the free "extras" are unlike any gym I've ever been to. The live DJ's, wine and unwind, music themed events, run club. These are what keep me at Dunn Loring even if other OTF's are closer.
Keep up the awesome work please and thanks!
The workout is fast paced and different every single time. Anyone can endure a challenging aspect of a workout for 10 minutes because that's about the longest you are doing any one block. Different muscles used each time but of course, your quads, hamstrings, and glute are involved in most exercises. Instructors are great - they give advice on form but don't give you grief if you are struggling. After a long day at the office, it's nice not to have to "think" - they tell you what to do and you do it and bam - workout is over! ;-)
The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and always positive. The workout is varied and fun. And the atmosphere is great - from being greeted when I walk through the door, to the clean and welcoming facility. I recommend OTF to everyone I know.
The workouts are a great combination of cardio and strength. I like that you switch from the treadmill to the rower and free weights/TRX and bodyweight exercises. I feel like I get a good full body workout each class.
