Orangetheory is amazing! I only have one decision to make: whether or not to exercise. No worrying about whether to have a lift day or do cardio. I walk in and do what they tell me to do. And I'm in the best shape of my life! Orangetheory may not be easy...but it's simple. Just one decision! And the staff is so friendly, helpful and just downright awesome- love Southpoint OT!
I like that at the end of the hour, I have gotten a good amount of cardio and strength done. I appreciate the heart rate monitor and the information it shares during the workout.
I love the coaches! I wish there wasn’t so much turnover. You should probably pay them better. The diversity of exercises and the strength 50 are really wonderful. I love the data I can track on my app, and the challenges are fun!
The staff was so friendly, understanding and helpful. The coach was awesome & encouraging and the workout great as always! I appreciate them all so much!! <3
I like that only one decision is needed from me: to workout. Once I'm there all I need to do is follow directions and do my best, even if that means modifying an exercise. It's not always easy, but it's simple!
I love the quality and variety of the workouts. I would not be able come up with the same exercises on my own. Also, the coaches are great at motivating the people in the class and making sure we stay safe with the exercises. The community feel of the classes helps drive me to work harder as everyone else is doing the same.
