Like the various workout regimens.
The coaches are great all around.
The people are nice and very beautiful too.
The facility well maintained.
A great place for one hour workout.
Works for me.
Coaches are positive and friendly
No judgment zone
You won’t see a routine workout here which is what I like because it keeps you engaged and striving to be your best
OTF is legit- when I first started, I used to go to my car and cry because I felt like a failure and hated it! Now, I feel myself getting stronger and I feel so much better! I look forward to going to the gym because I know that I will be challenged each day and I want to improve my strength and endurance as well as maintain my overall well-being.
I think Orangetheory accommodates clientele of all different levels of physical endurance and ability.
There is a very positive energy in the room during the workout but I also feel like each person is focused on their own workout so I don’t feel put on the spot at all.
Whenever I leave, I feel thoroughly challenged and then I made the best use of my time.
Each class is CHALLENGING, to say the least, but it’s worth it at the end. The reward of that accomplishment or surviving each class is a great feeling.
The workout is always different and I like that someone is telling me what to do! I don’t have to figure it out and wander aimlessly from machine to machine. The coaches motivate you as you’re working. I still don’t like working out honestly.. but I feel so good and proud of myself when I’m finished.
OTF in Dyer is great at keeping me motivated! The instructors are amazing overall and the front desk workers are always great. The workouts are always different which makes it so much more fun. If absolutely recommend someone looking to join a workout studio!
I have always disliked taking group classes but I actually enjoy it at orange theory. It helps me keep my self accountable and motivates me to do better. I also like that the instructors encourage you but also understand that everyone is at thier own pace
