Love the instructors, very encouraging and motivating and not sure how the keep it all moving without forgetting where they are and when the more importantly when the Push / all out periods have finished :-)…….love the variety and the challenge that you get and the whole environment......I look forward to going even if I know that 40 mins into it I'm a crumpled mess on the floor. I'm now coming up to 7 months and have lost the 20 pounds I'd been carrying around for a few years and feel like I'm improving in my running speed and endurance which is helping with other goals.
GREAT coaches in Mandi M & Kelly W. I appreciated how Mandi took time to notice that I was visiting and gave direct feedback throughout the workout to numerous members by name (myself included). On the day prior to a 10K that tens of thousands of people run, she acknowledged all OTF participants and wished us luck. Truly, her energy, care, and expertise are top notch. Kelly had excellent music and went above and beyond in the stretching block, adding in a few different stretches that really helped after a tough workout.
The front desk SA at 6:15am was fantastic. He greeted members with eye contact and a "Welcome back in" as members arrived.
Full body workout that varies in each class. Coaches push you to achieve goals but encourage you to “listen to your body” to know if you can push harder or need to back off and recover. I don’t always look forward to going but I always feel better when I complete a class.
Everything!! From the moment i walk in the door to the moment i walk out i always feel very welcomed! The coaches truly care about your well being and motivate you during the whole class!! I love how each coach brings something different to the atmosphere and makes each class enjoyable!! The front desk is very nice and makes sure that everything is in check so you can get your full workout in!
