Such a positive place. The coaches, the staff and all participating are so energetic and fun. Each day's routines are always different, which brings excitement. Can be very high intensity, if you want it. I was a college athlete and I know this is such a great conditioning workout. The people in the classes are like teammates, as we work hard.
I love everything about the workout. I always feel like I pushed my body at the end of a session. I do wish the coaches would give more input during floor exercises. I'd like to know if I'm doing the routines correctly.
The financial aspect could be a little better. I can never get a refund. It's always a credit. And when I tried to transfer a credit to another member/friend, I got charged instead of using the credit. I don't like the nickel and diming. $150/month is pretty steep. The "credit" situation seems petty.
My workout @ OTF was a breath of fresh air! I've been a runner for years and was in a rut. The circuit type workout on the floor and then on the "treads" was just what I needed to challenge myself and get out of my running rut. I've signed up for two classes a week and am super excited!
The workout itself was extremely challenging for me, and I loved the pace at which it moved and the cleanliness of the gym. However, my absolute favorite part was how "over the top" helpful and supportive the staff was. It was my first time, and a staff member did the entire class right beside me, providing coaching on form and incredible motivation for the entire 60 minutes. For a first timer, I was extremely grateful for her involvement and confidence in me during my workout. I probably couldn't have done it without her!
