This is my first time to do anything fitness. I like being able to monitor my progress for Improvement and how it feels after I get done and begin to realize I'm actually doing this. I plan to make it a routine and look forward to improving. Thanks for all the encouragement and help before, during, and after the work out. I love all the positive people. Great Job!
I enjoy the variety of the workouts, both during each individual workout, and how varied they are each time. I love being told what I need to do, but also having the ability to go harder or not as hard based on my ability and energy level at the time. I like seeing where I am (green, orange, red) and knowing my heart rate. I like the summary I get as well. The only thing I would like is if there were more of a community feel. It is usually silent in the gym except for the coach. People barely even make eye contact. Maybe that's why people like about it, or maybe it is so everyone can hear the next directions. It's a small thing. Maybe once I go longer and see more people on a more regular basis then I will feel more comfortable.
It's nice and cool, the treadmill and row machines are great and the coaches and music are very encouraging plus seeing progress on screen. Love the rowers! I do have a hard time hearing the instructions though so I don't always feel on track
