What is the best part about the workout? ERIC. He motivates, he is passionate, he has energy and he makes you feel like he is your personal trainer even though there are 20+ people in the class. GREAT workout!
I loved everything about it. It was my first time going and every single staff member treated me as if they’d known me my whole life. Michael was very knowledgeable about the equipment and stopped in to make sure I was doing alright throughout the workout. Mandi is definitely a great coach and I see why she is the head coach! She is so enthusiastic about working out and makes sure that everyone is doing alright. If you tell her that you need to be careful with a certain body part, she makes sure that throughout the workout you are doing okay. I will definitely be back soon!
The people are awesome. All the front desk staff know my name and seem genuinely interested in my well being. Mandi is a great coach and consistently gives me great feedback on my form during my workout.
The workouts are incredible, dynamic, and push you to the most of your ability every time you come in willing to work. 3Gs are not as effective as 2Gs and I do see a decrease in my overall endurance ability when I am consistently going to 3Gs.
OTF is the BEST workout and the trainers and staff at East Cobb are great! I had to take over a year off due to an injury (unrelated to OTF) and they are helping me ease back into things - pushing me in a safe way and giving me alternate exercises where I need them. Thank you!
