I think Eric is a great new addition, love the music in his class.
When running with some instructors I would like a more updated time frame on how many minutes/seconds we have until the end of the block. Running at one minute at push pace, maybe let us know when we are at 30 seconds and then 15 seconds. Only for push and all out paces. Vicky is good at doing this.
Love the classes, think it's a great workout and have recommended the class to many people.
I love the instant feedback from the heart rate monitors on the screen and the stats afterward. It's going to be easy to track progress as I go. Eric did an awesome job helping me out and making sure my form was correct. Everyone was very friendly but not overly "perky" which is something I appreciate. :)
I am not as driven as some OTF warriors, but still enjoy the work out at my own pace. Sometimes I don't even monitor splat points, but the instructors always help with form and options. Just a great workout in a friendly, welcoming, clean place. And equipment has already been updated, so they are on top of it.
Interactive and fun. You get feedback and see results! Kristi is great. She keeps an eye on everyone and is encouraging. I really enjoy coming to OT. And I have never been into gyms or group classes before. Now I miss it when I'm not there
I like the structure and the camaraderie. I like that the workout has been well-planned in advance and I don't have to figure it out for myself! When I would go to the gym by myself, I never knew whether I was doing the right thing, the right weight, if my heart rate was high enough. Orange Theory takes the guessork out of workouts.
