The workout is very organized and clearly defined by the trainers Ben and Liz. Other trainers have been great as well. Because of the varying types of exercises that bring your heart rate to peaks and valleys, it actually simulates certain sports but also is consistently the best 1hr workout that i've ever done for both endurance and strength
I like that I don’t need to think. I have a belief that OT workouts are balanced and I don’t have to worry about whether I’m doing the right thing for my health. You do all the planning. I just roll with it which I love!
Awesome up beat instructors, great music and friendly environment! Instructors are very helpful with demos and alternative exercises when unable to perform regular workout.
I really enjoyed the pacing and I thought that Coach Flex was awesome! He gave good advice on how to correct my form while I was doing the floor exercises and he kept the atmosphere fun and upbeat and just absolutely crushed it.
