Amazing workout. I really put in the effort because I felt inspired. OT is actually easier than doing such a high intensity workout alone because you get carried away by the group spirit...and this motivates you. You push yourself more without really realizing it. It's a fascinating aspect of group dynamics.
I will reccomend to others and come back myself. I did Crossfit but the dead-lifting kind of scared me. OT feels safer yet it is just as intense of a workout.
Monica is awesome! It's refreshing to have a new trainer and personality in the classes. She engages with the members and isn't afraid to correct members when their form is incorrect. Both Monica and Marina are great trainers, are motivating and push you to increase your output.
I did not find it appropriate when one of the other trainers was doing squats and lunges while coaching or training a class. If the trainer has time to do their own exercises while teaching, they are not engaging with the members, motivating the members, and they are not correcting the incorrect form of the participants,
I love that it is different every day and that it challenges me to do things I NEVER would do in the gym on my own! The coaches are encouraging but not intimidating and it's a fun, energizing environment.
