I need to be pushed to work hard. I love how I feel after a good Orange workout. Sometimes the music is way too loud!
I also wish there was a way to bank or give away any unused sessions at the end of a month. There are times I can not use them because I am gone a lot. Wasting those sessions is a real turn off for me. If it happens to much I will cancel my membership. It is too expensive to waste. Overall I love Orange Theory and have recommended it to lots of people.
I like that I don't have to think. I really appreciate that (most) instructors demonstrate and clearly explain the work out and talk us through the whole thing so that all I have to do is focus on which zone I'm in, and how I can push myself next.
I like the combination of things. I like that you are in a group environment but one where you can still do your own thing. I like the music and how loud it's played so you can get lost in your zone. I like the majority of the coaches and that someone is telling me what to do. I really like intervals so one thing doesn't get too boring and monotonous.
The best 1 hour workout you will find anywhere, PERIOD! Big box gyms, personal trainers, fitness classes, boot-camps, none of them compare to the individual attention, the variety of workouts, sense of community and rock-in atmosphere you will experience at Orange Theory Fitness! I highly recommend you take their offer of a free session in one of their many studios around the valley, it will change your life forever!! It did mine.
