The trainers are excellent! Two of my favorites are Rob & Lolo. They are both very motivating and stay right on task. We always get started right on time getting use of the complete hour. I appreciate the personal attention I get when I need to perform an exercise correctly. I like that the workouts are never the same.
OTF has been a great experience for me and my girlfriend. We joined 1year ago and have both loved the experience, the workouts are a great mix of HIIT and weight training, and EVERY single trainer we have encountered has been motivating and awesome to work with. Definitely recommended Orange Theory Fitness to anyone looking to get in to a healthy routine.
I like the quick-paced, coach-guided workouts. The workouts are always changing, and you never know what you're going to get. That variety keeps me going as I'd get bored with the repetition. The coaches' are positive and give on-the-spot feedback. And I like that they give modifications based on skill, comfort, and need. Lastly, I love all the different times of the day that classes are available. I can always find a class that fits my schedule.
I love the environment and love that someone is pushing me to do cardio. At the gym doing cardio (before OTF) I would never push myself as hard as I do now. Partially because it was uncomfortable partially because I thought I was pushing myself. The heart monitors really make a difference!
