I like that every work out is different. I see myself getting stronger, rowing and running faster. Your competing with yourself as there are people of different ages from grandparents to college athletes. It is very satisfying to see your body changing and getting leaner and stronger. Coaches are supporting and motivating in the classes and outside. Front desk employees always have a welcoming smile for you. Great music completes the whole experience. Love it! Great work out! I really like the dynamic, high-energy group atmosphere with the focus on your own performance and progress. It's the first time I have ever done a workout with the specific goal of keeping my heart rate in a specific zone, and it made me more motivated to push myself to stay in the zones when the fatigue began to set in. On top of that, I also love my trainer Emily's enthusiasm, positive motivation, and stamina. She was helpful in correcting form and encouraging in a way that resonated with the whole group. Overall it was such an awesome workout!
