I like that the workouts are always changing/challenging which never gets boring. Not being bored with your workout is extremely important and keeps you wanting more. The coaches/trainers always have great energy which helps push you through the workout. They always offer advice and fix your form which is also important. I've been to so many workouts where the instructors don't really care what you're doing. I like that there are different challenges throughout the year. I've gotten my husband and two friends into OTF and they love it. The only thing I would change is adding some more core focused exercises in the weight room. During yesterday's power block there was one ab exercise in every set. I thought that was great and would like to see that more. Maybe a little more abs and a little less pop Jack :)
Orange Theory provides a total body, cardio enhanced workout that pushes you. For those that don't know what to do at they gym, Orange Theory takes all the guess work out. They go over everything that you will do and call out cues along the way, making sure proper form is practiced. Highly recommend the workout as your in and out in an hour.
It's structured, and that's what I need! The instructors and staff are very nice and very helpful. The workouts make you feel like you are working every part of your body. I have to say, I really like it, even when I am the oldest in the class !😍
