Otf coaches have taken the functional and body weight exercise movement and applied it in a real life setting. As someone who has exercised my entire adult life motivation is a strong suit for me. I appreciate it and realize how integral it is to an effective workout. Our coaches motivate, correct improper form, encourage everyone to set goals and the push passed them. Its great to keep the motivation going by checking the monitors and keep on reaching for orange. I love the stretch after ( so important for recovery) and finally seeing my calories burned at hour's end. It is addicting!
The intensity, the coaches, the ability to burn over 650 calories every class. I am beyond addicted! Every class is different and since I joined over a year and a half ago I am still challenged with each workout. I have had at least five friends join since I started, love OTF!
