What I like most is that each day is different and challenging. I have an Autoimmune disorder and there are some days that my body feels week but with all the workouts I can adjust the intensity so I still get an amazing workout!

The staff and trainers are professional, helpful and encouraging. I like how the workout changes everytime-it really prevents boredom. I appreciate how the trainers plan a workout that is so carefully planned and affective. I like the music and the lighting. I think the facility is very clean as well. I like seeing my results in real time-it's encouraging and pushes me to do more. I wish the weight room was a bigger because when the class is full, depending on the exercises, it's too cramped or crowded to get the exercise done the right way.
