I like the variety and direction. I dont have the time to research a balanced plan for fitness on my own, so being able to drop in, get a solid workout, and get a different one the next day is great!
I always hated going to the gym by myself and having to figure out what to do, OrangeTheory has made me love working out again and I always look forward to all of their classes.
I like the intensity and direction. I like that the coaches keep us moving and on task. With the newer coaches, I would like to see them do a bit more coaching on form, especially on the rowers. Each class, I see people with really bad form. The coaches do a better job on the floor, but I haven't seen much coaching on rowing form since Ben was there coaching.
