Love the workouts but wish there were more workout sessions and timing available. Due to my schedule, it is sometimes hard because I want to workout due there is a limited sessions available at the skokie location. If possible, I would love to see more timings for weekend afternoon and evening, and due weekdays afternoon and past 7 pm.
I'm not fit by any means and it's been so long since I've exercised in public. Although I was intimidated as I waited in the lobby for class to begin, once I started class, it felt great. I was so caught up in my own workout that I didn't even notice anyone around me. I've been to three classes and so far my favorite instructor has been Drey. He's very personable, knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and has patience teaching the newbies. I am officially signed up for the next six months and I can't wait to watch my health & body transform!
I joined Orange Theory as a founding member back in the Spring of 2017. This May 1st will be my 7th year as a member at Orange Theory. In the past, I had never stuck with an exercise regimen because I would get easily bored and quit. Ever since I started Orange Theory I haven't felt that way at all. Every class is different, there are a variety of coaches with different coaching styles, and they switch things up a bit to keep the exercises current, fun and to challenge their members. They have a variety of equipment for cardio, different weights available and they play music to keep you motivated. The coaches are very well knowledgeable, entertaining, personable and on the scene to keep everyone on pace and to make sure everyone is using the correct form. When I first started Orange Theory I couldn't even do a sit up and I was coming off of an injury and couldn't use heavy weights. The coaches taught me how to modify the exercises and I eventually built myself up and now can say that I am able to challenge myself with heavier weights, I have great tone in my arms, shoulders and back and I am doing the cardio that I like, which is to cycle. In addition, I don't like to compete with others so I have been able to compete against myself to push myself try harder for a better workout most days. Lastly, I have made so many friends at Orange Theory which has been an extra bonus. I absolutely can't say enough good things about Orange Theory.
I love the strength 50 classes the most! The workouts are always different and much respect to the coaches for always guiding the class through and making it fun.
Coach D and Lissett were great! Very helpful, professional, and friendly. The workout area was a bit tight but accomodated a lot of people. The other participants were kind.
