Sessions keep me focused and working constantly. No lagging, or dinking around on the treadmill as I might if on my own in the gym. Trainer and pressure of everyone around me doing their best, keeps me moving and performing to my maximum ability.
Great energy. Mental and physical burner. Change of pace constantly, pushing you to limits you migh not go to when you are working out alone. Eddie was awesome, encouraging people the entire time, even calling them out by name!
I have never had the same workout twice. The coaches, for the most part, are extremely motivating and positive about the workouts as well. I get very bored when working out and OTF has kept my attention.
