trainers! i do stuff i otherwise do not/would not know (how) to do. i love the heart rate monitors and "micro managing" myself and having the ability to crank my intensity up a bit if I am lingering at 83%... i really like everything about OTF. class times are also convenient for me, even though getting up at 4:30 AM isn't super fun, the 5:15 am workout makes it all worth it. again, the trainers are so wonderful and I think very important in helping to motivate us/me. and of course, the front desk personnel is great. :)
Coaches are very motivating! The variety of workouts is great, workout space is awesome. Gym is accessible. The members are inspiring, and supportive. The desk staff always have a positive greeting and are very accommodating when scheduling or rescheduling.
The best part is that the workouts are done before you know it and your sweating and feel good!
