I am a couch potato just getting back into working out for my health. I like that your workout and trainers push me harder than I would push myself on my own, but not so hard that I would feel like a failure for not being able to do more yet and make me not want to keep coming back. I also love watching my progress with the heart monitor.
Great coachs (Bryce, Rok and Adam) who encourage you to keep going throughout the 60 minute session. Seeing splat points and calories burned during the session is definitely a bonus. The front desk is always friendly and willing to help.
Everything!!! Nabilah is fantastic and so are all of the coaches and front desk staff. I love how the coaches correct your form and give you options for exercises. I have a chronic hamstring injury and everyone has been patient and terrific about working with me and my limitations. The coaches call out your name and encourage you throughout the workout. The camaraderie with other members is great too! I also like how you can pick a card when you sign in to obtain your spot on the rower or treadmill. It's also great that incorporated into the workout is a cool down/stretch time. I can't speak highly enough about OTF Edmond!!!
Orangetheory is the only work out that has shown me quick results and continues to keep me wanting more! The staff is very motivational and friendly. I would strongly recommend Orangetheory to anyone and everyone!
I like that there is a different workout every day! I like that it's not competitive and everyone is mostly focused on their own workout. I like that the trainers push you, encourage you, and help fix form.
