Literally everything. I like the ability to book the class time and the variety of times offered. I like the music and lighting and the structure of the workouts. I like that every class pushes me in ways I would never push myself. I’m only 6 or 7 weeks in and the changes in my body and performance are enough to keep me wanting to come back over and over again
Combining different forms of cardio with strength training is a perfect workout. Providing workout performance metrics is also great (steps, calories, heart rate)

OT is a family-coaches, staff and members encouraging each other! It's THE BEST!!

With Orange Theory, I love the variety and the challenge that is offered to push past the comfort zone. Additionally, the coaches are helpful in offering accommodations and encouragement for me as I advance in age and find my physical abilities to be less than they used to be. I always feel welcomed and encouraged regardless of how fast I can go or how much I can safely lift. Orange Theory is so worth it 🧡
I love that I get an intense workout without having to plan it. I work much harder than I would on my own. And I enjoy the variety, people, and coaches.
