I love that the workout is planned and a total body workout. I love that the environment is upbeat and encouraging. I love that the coaches will chat throughout the workout with us also helping if we need correction, or if we need to be motivated.
Great workout from head to toe. I’ve always had knee problems and finally got my knee replaced last year at the age of 44. The workouts are always challenging but there are always opportunities to modify. My knee pain is a thing of the past. I catch the 4:00 session everyday of of the week I’m in town and we love the structure. The trainers are awesome and many of the people we work out with have become friends.
I love that it is planned and there is a coach there to assist. I love that the class size is small so you get to know your coach, and the others in your class and we all end up motivating each other. I love the signature challenges that happen throughout the year. As a prior athlete I love the competition, mostly for myself to see how I have gotten stronger, or faster etc but also with the rest of the class.

I love the work out, Couch Rocklin is AWSOME!!! Very inspiring and helpful. I have never joined a gym before, and I am enjoying this. The people I work out with are also the best!! Lots if fun!!!
