I like that workouts are focused and have a good mix of different exercises in them. Most of the time like intensity. Not all workouts work equally well for me but the overall impression is great.
Otf [FIRST NAME REMOVED] is full of lively coaches and staff. Workouts are varied and really push you hard.

It's a total body workout and never the same template.
Add in the music and the members, makes for a great 60 minutes.
Best part of being a member at OTF (Elgin Mills) is by far the coaching and the staff. All are just fabulous.
Great workouts and coaches are motivated and inspirational! Coach Tina & Mason really go above and beyond to make the experience more enjoyable and they are great ambassador for Orange Theory!
I think those extra curricular activities once in a while are always fun way for members to meet other members!
