Super fun and upbeat workout environment, guided by experts who are happy to be there for you and most importantly makes up feel valued and heard by addressing us by name and responding to inquires in a timely fashion. Facility is always clean and stocked with important bathroom toiletries. Great job EG OTF!

OTF Elk Grove is such an amazing studio and workout because of the overall interval you get, along with awesome coaches to keep you motivated throughout the class and make sure that each exercise is done correctly. They also have signature workouts such as Tread 50 or Strength 50 to target areas you may want to improve on. I have been a member since 2016 at the Elk Grove studio, and I look forward to every time I go because it is 1 hour (or 50 mins) to myself to be healthier and stay as strong as I can be. Highly recommend OTF.

I like how every workout is different and the ability to gauge the intensity of my workout/pace using the monitors. I like the coaches' energy and encouragement. I like being able to see progress made thru data collected from each workout or body composition scan. I like that the app is reliable and pretty easy to navigate for reserving my spot in a class in advance. It also immediately shows my stats/data from each workout.

I love that I don’t have to think about the specifics of the workout, all I have to do is show up and I get a fantastic workout every time. I love the music and the energy of my coaches too.

The coaches make or break the workout, I’ve had 4 different coaches so far and Nichole and Angel are by far my favorite. I tend to get more splat points with them—the way they coach is really motivating. I also really like that the front desk team and management remember me when I come in! The gym is always clean and the equipment is in great condition. I look forward to my workouts every week and rave to my friends about OT Elk Grove.

I don't have to plan a work out, it's determined for you. The workouts are tough but you can go at your own pace, the coaches encouragement is always good. Wish they offer a stretch/yoga class though.

It's convenient. I don't have to plan my workout. It's structured. It provides good HIIT with great coaches at a reasonable price. The place is always very clean. The equipment is in great condition and repair. It's great for any level of fitness whether just beginning or a seasoned athlete.
