I really liked the cardio aspect. it mimicked what i was trying to achieve at my regular gym by myself but it was nice to have the trainer pushing me and the HR monitor showing me what % of max HR i was at and how much i could push myself. The weight section was a bit lost because unfortunately because my HR monitor wasn't working. Regardless, the trainer was excellent in explaining and helping correct my form during exercises and she ran a great class!
Focused yet personal fitness approach. Group setting enhances accountability and social networking on various health tips and or faux pas! The one hour long sessions are at minimum anyone looking forward to a healthy lifestyle must incorporate into their lives.
