Love the diversity of the work out. Love the switching up even though I dread the rowers :). Music is great and coaches are loud. I need them to be loud so I know what I am doing. When I travel for work I try to go to an otf. Just got done in Austin TX. Great workout but still like ellisville coaches better. One thing I will say is their customer service is excellent. You all are great at saying hello but you guys stay behind the counter and I see you on your cells a lot. In Austin they are rarely behind their counter, interacting with folks especially new folks. When someone's heart rate was black on the screen they found the person and helped. That person did not have to stop and go get the counter people to help. So pay attention, to your folks who are working out. Go to them. That is my only advice.
I love that every workout is challenging and different every time, no 2 workouts are ever exactly the same. I love that there's a trainer there showing you what to do and helping you if you aren't doing it correctly. I love wearing the heartrate monitor to see how hard I'm working.
The classes are fun, and I get a much better workout than I would going to the gym on my own. I used to got to the gym 3 or 4 days a week (on a good week) but 2 days a week at orangetheory and I have already seen much better results.
