Monday morning at 5:15 was the first time I had Margaret as a trainer . She did something that really helped me in my work out. The class was packed but not to the point where we had to split into rowers and treds in the beginning . We all started in the treadmills and it made a difference. Margaret's attention wasn't spit so she was able to encourage us our entire cardio work out. Then when we went to weight room she was able to concentrate on making sure we had good form. It really made a difference. I wish that all trainers would do that when possible
The instructors are so motivating, it makes me push myself to work harder and increase my speeds or rep counts! Lauren is amazing and is the only reason I get up for OTF at 6:30 am on a Friday morning!
