Energizing and motivating! I always want to keep pushing myself. I have really noticed an improvement in my fitness and endurance. I started two months ago as a power walker and have become a jogger. I feel great. Thank you!
I love the intervals!! It allows me to really stay motivated to push myself knowing that I'll have active rest after too long. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the rowing part of the workout; I didn't at first, but after perfecting my form I love it.
