I like the structure of an Orange Theory workout and that I get a cardio and weight workout. At Emory Pointe I like the trainers - they're all very friendly.

the coach for my session, Lauren, was very high energy and made sure that as someone new to Orangetheory that I understood the logistics and lingo used during the workout. i like the variety of a workout like this - when i workout on my own i know that i get stuck in a rut of doing the same things over and over and this allows a better option for me in a setting that didn't seem too intimidating.

It's tough but I know I can alter the workout to my fitness level. It's motivating because you always can push yourself to get your heart rate up to burn more and get more splat points.
