I like that the workouts are always different, so it never gets boring, and the class is a welcoming environment that is suitable for all fitness levels. The instructors are great about suggesting modifications and encouraging you no matter if you are a borderline professional athlete or just starting to work-out again after becoming out of shape.
Two work outs down and I have already improved significantly! (2 splat points day one, 10 on day two! Thanks to the advice of my trainer!) I am very happy with my membership so far and am excited to see where I am one month in!
I really enjoy the variety of the workouts and the coaches and staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! I also like that there are ways to be involved in challenges (e.g., BINGO, Peak Performance Week, etc.) that keep things fun and a little competitive. I also very much like that the schedule allows me to get in a workout during the week before my work day. For some reason, likely just psychological, its nice to see coaches and staff taking the classes themselves - it really speaks to the fact that they subscribe to what they are teaching.
I have had some co-workers though, that have been disappointed that there is not an 8 pm weekday class at least a few times per week since I work with some shift work folks who do not get off work until around 7 pm.
