I like the variability - I don't get bored. I like that I am "not in charge" -- and just follow instructions. I also like that there is a strength training portion which I am otherwise not likely to do. Would probably just do Cardio. I also like the HIIT method.
There are many things to like about the OTF workout. I am going on my 4th month now and love it! Keys are it is Focused, coach led, hard, great balance of exercises and cardio. Great people running the studio. Courteous, encouraging, professional and they walk the walk. This format makes working out and committing to a work out much easier and the group aspect is encouraging. The results are undeniable. The impact on my personal well being is significant.
There are so many things to love about an OTF workout. The coaches are amazing, always encouraging you to push yourself, reminding you that you CAN do it even if your body may not want to, and pumping everyone up with their infectious energy. The workout itself is excellent, varied, and intense. The best part is the endorphin high you leave with and the 24-48 hour afterburn. Could go on and on, but simply said there's not another total body workout out there that can compete.
