Loved the workout so dang much. I have been working out regularly for the last several years and would consider myself to be in pretty good shape and this workout kicked my butt. In such a good way. It's great because you can go at your own pace and customize it for whatever level you are at and tangibly see what level your heart rate is at and know whether you need to push yourself a little harder. Recommending to everyone.
My first visit to orange theory blew me away!
Front desk staff were lovely, I shared I hadn't worked out in 3 years since having a baby and they made me feel super comfortable, supported, and were very encouraging. The tour and education I received about the facility and work out put me at ease (I had done zero research and had no clue what I was in for).

As a former professional athlete, ive seen and tried it all, the OT workout was seriously one of the best, most efficient workouts I have ever done and I know it is going to get me results, fast.
As a busy entrepreneur momma, efficient, effective and fun are key elements to how I spend my time. OT has created a winning combo.
The result: locked in a membership, Went home and mapped out my schedule for the next three months to include OT workouts, told all my friends and am chomping at the bit for my next class!

This is one of the best workouts I've ever experienced - super efficient, fast-paced and constantly changing to avoid burnout, boredom and plateauing. Instructors are high-energy and fun - this is definitely not an intimidating environment, although I do think it depends on the location and instructor. My first experience with OTF at another location was awful - however Encinitas rocks and made it a quick and easy decision to join the family. I try to go at least 4 times a week!
I like the intensity of the workout, but still keeping it a low or lower impact style for my weathered joints. I love how you hit all the different muscle groups in addition to the cardio... my goal is to hit 900 calories in a workout to help me hit my weight loss goals. 879 is my records. I've only attended five workouts thus far. I've NEVER done a group workout, and never used a personal trainer... I LOVE Orange Theory because it keeps me coming back. Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right... keep it up.
