It is a high intensity workout that I get in an hour. Enjoy the pace and variety of moving from Water Rower to the Floor area and then to the Treadmill. I keep a spreadsheet on my workout sessions and like to compare / compete with myself to try up my splat points with every session.
Specific routines for targeting different forms of exercise.. However, I hate that there are barely any tornado workouts.
I know other gyms have a dedicated day (Tornado Thursdays) for those exercises.
Also, I don't know when the tornado classes are, they are not well advertised.
