I like the variety. Every day is different. I don't like the volume of the music in Chris's classes. Way too loud! Even with ear plugs. Maybe get a decibel meter and point out the volume that way. Maybe there is an app.
I like it when I see the coaches pay attention to the people on the floor, helping them with their form. Many newbies and more inexperienced participants do things that could hurt them in the long run and the coaches should be watching for that.
It's hard to find motivation and start working out. And one of the reasons is because the workout I have tried countless of times was enjoyable. However being part of Orange Theory, I feel like I fit in even though I'm in a group of total strangers. And I'm not the only one sweating buckets of sweat! Throughout the workout, keeping myself in the orange zone is almost like a game and it's so fun! After each workout, I feel super sore everywhere but it's a good feeling because that means I'm really working out!
