Good trainers, good front desk, good facility (including showers), good technology for booking classes, high energy vibe, nice mix of movements in class. My one suggestion would be to do more upper body work. My legs are always toasted by the running/rowing/weight-room but my upper body less so. Would be nice if every workout included some pushups, rows, curls, etc. (or equivalent movements).
