the repeating, overall, pattern reassures the average person that a set amount of effort will be required to attain the splat points for each day. However, your effort does not have to identical to the awesome person working next to you nor is the workout identical to the previous day.
I love everything about my workout! The circuit training makes the hour go by very fast and since the exercise changes daily, it is not predictable and works all different areas of my muscle groups.
I would recommend this workout to everyone and I do!!!!!
It's intense and the trainers push you to your best ability (which I like). I think if someone would want to come to this workout, they have to really want to workout. This workout isn't just to fool around, it's to get a workout that you came here for. It's to push you to your best. It's to show you that you can do this! I love orange theory fitness!
