I like the cardio and weight floor combination, 30 minutes of each is the perfect amount for an hour workout. I like the variations of different workout combinations as well.

I love the breakdown of weights and cardio. Knowing that 98% of the time the coach will be telling me how to enhance my treadmill till with speed or inclines. How it's not just running but running for a purpose of strength or endurance.

The workouts are always changing and has me engaged and pushing to be my best self! Love the energy from the coaches and staff. You’re definitely missing out if you’re not involved in Orange Theory!
It’s the perfect mix of cardio and weights. I love the class times offered, the structure of the workout and the coach telling me exactly what to do. The having to pay for a workout cancelled within 8 hours of the workout is an absolute PLUS! It holds me accountable. The staff is flexible though when emergencies happen. I did Orangetheory for five years then I moved to a town that didn’t have it. When I moved to a town that did, I signed up again right away.
