The one-hour workouts are intense and efficient. I appreciate that I can get such a comprehensive workout in a relatively short amount of time, which fits well into my busy schedule also I love how early morning classes are available.The trainers are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always push me to achieve my best. Their energy is contagious and keeps me motivated throughout the class. There's a strong sense of community at Orangetheory. The group setting creates a supportive environment where everyone encourages each other, making workouts more enjoyable
I never worked out at any gym prior to joining in 2021 so I couldn’t honestly compare OTF to anything. But, it checks all of my boxes. I don’t need intimidating equipment, with the setups we have we get the workout in efficiently. Beyond the templates and specialty workouts, I appreciate: the coaching, the shared space, the community of regulars, the time slots, the rules, the science, the technology, the variety. It’s realistic but challenging. You have options and mods. The app gives you most everything you need. And, the Farmington Hills location has no drama. It’s exactly as you expect and would want it to be. Welcoming. Additionally, I value the diversity in the studio. Mainly, all body types are represented which is comforting. No complaints here.
First of all, I want to tell you how much I enjoy working out with Faisel. He is an amazing teacher who is patient, and professional. I think he is a driving force behind my attending the 5:00 classes.
the workouts are tough but they go very quickly and are easy to adapt to any workout level. I also think they really help motivate me through the rest of the day.
I love many things about OTF Farmington’s workouts: the coaches are gently encouraging, very welcoming and have a great wealth of knowledge. Also, I love that I get a great workout in an hour- incorporating cardio and weights. AND- maybe most of all- I love my team. There is a large group of people who I now say, “See you tomorrow!” to at the end of a workout.
It's structured but comfortable. My trainer was helpful but trusted me to figure it out on my own. It was a safe environment full of support with no judgement. Can't wait for my next class!
