The coaches make the classes challenging and fun. I like going into class and not having to think about what I’m going to do. I just show up and do the workouts. The treadmills are really nice for running. I hate all other treadmills but not the OTF ones.
Orange Theory is a great workout for high intensity training for both cardio and weights! They keep the workouts fresh and the coaches are helpful and engaging. Highly recommend!
Love OTF! I’ve been a member since March of 2023. It’s been so transformative for me. Almost immediate health results!! It’s an easy commitment with the supportive and encouraging coaches.
The statistics are perfect references for how my workout is going! I often push myself too much and it helps me recognize when I need to lay off versus when I need to push more.
