It has helped me lose weight and keep it off. I am more toned and my occasional 5k-10k race times has seen great improvement. Even on the days that I don't want to go and work out, I always leave feeling glad I did and that I pushed myself, much more so than if I had gone and worked out alone.
I like that the heart rate is on display the whole time. I also like that the instructors are instructing and being supportive rather than being up in your face. It's a really challenging workout but very beneficial.
It's an awesome way to switch up your workout routine even if you already workout a lot during the week. I go twice a week and have already seen a difference in my performance. Would recommend to a friend!
I like the change up. Every class is different but challenging. I also like the different coaches. Different personalities and coaching techniques. It never gets boring. So happy I found this place 😊🍊💪🏼
Variety and intensity! I love knowing that no matter little motivation I have to workout, the second I walk through that door I feel energized and motivated and always get a great workout! The staff is so friendly and encouraging...great customer service!
