Trainers are awesome!!!! I still do see some members using wrong techniques for weight floor and rower and I think it is important for people to know they are doing it wrong. I think the trainers should try to keep a little closer eye on this so no one hurts themselves and gets the most out of the work out. Some people just don't know they are doing it wrong cause they don't have the experience or every had someone teach them correctly.
Love the that no day is the same, yet there is a sense of structure and predictability in knowing I'll run, row, and do weights each day. There is a great deal of variety with the switch workouts, the signature workouts, 2G, 3G -- things just always feel new. Love the amazing staff and trainers.
