Jamie is an amazing trainer, so positive and encouraging no matter individual fitness level while also pushing members to challenge themselves!

Well, I'm of the older set and my exercise of the past few years has been walking, some jogging and using stretch bands. I used to go to a gym but felt I never really pushed myself plus I, like so many others, got into too much socializing!! So, having this interval training is kicking my butt but I like that!! Need lots more of the floor exercises as I'm not real flexible, don't have much strength in my arms and just plain old!!! But I'm loving how I feel when it's all done!! Will hang in there for now and see how much I improve! Love all the trainers so far especially our Jamie girl!!!!
