The obvious, the combo cardio/floor workout and group atmosphere motivates me to do workouts I will not do by myself, and sometimes I can make it competitive (to myself, I guess). In addition, recently it seems most tread workouts are half the class time (which is good), there have been times in the past that the tread workout is too short for me to get any significant cardio benefits out of it. The best is the 90 minute workouts, I recommend more of these (at least once a week), I realize it impacts the timing of other classes, however maybe start one at the beginning of the day 30 min prior to the first class start time. I would even pay additional fees for 90 minute classes. Thanks!
Love the challenge I get during the hour. The time flys by with the constant rotation and new workouts every day. Coaches are great and very helpful when needed modifications or form correction. Love OT!
The trainers are great motivators and I love not having to think about what to do during my workout. I recently visited another OTF and I just didn't feel it had the same energy as our studio. I love the commaraderie our studio has!
