I like the structure. I like instructors giving great feedback and help during the class. Always motivating and helping to modify exercises when needed. I like knowing my heart rate and making the most of my workout.
I love the way Betsy pushes me and encourages me to work harder. She is a great motivator and pays attention to my progress, and always has encouraging words for me. Lysandra is also a super great coach who brings excitement and up beat energy. Both coaches help me to do the work outs correctly, and inspire me to work hard!
I love the variety of the workouts. I love the instructors. What I don't love is that more often than not we have less than 5 minutes to warm up before a session starts. I understand the importance of one-on-one time with a new member, but not at the expense of 10 - 30 people waiting in the lobby. Please be mindful of the clock and the importance of stretching, rolling, and properly warming up before starting a workout.
LOve the feedback form the monitor...love the pace, love the variety, love how i can take my 19 year old son who is an athlete and have him challagned, yet at 54 i can do my thing as well, ....Loving the results !
