I love that it is high intensity and I never get bored. I love the weight floor! I didn't want to try OT originally because I thought it was all cardio, but it's the best of both worlds and I've pushed myself to be in the best shape I've been in a long time!
I love that it is always different. The trainers are great and always strive to push us to be our best. The front desk staff are very helpful and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
I like that it combines cardio weight training. I also enjoy the different workouts each time I go. Having a trainer with a great voice and energy makes me come back to her all the time. Jamie Ellsworth makes it always worth it for me to come every week! I drive 45 minutes to "LET IT ALL OUT!".
I like getting my heart rate up for periods of time , something which I never have done in my work outs. I like the variety of work outs. none are the same, and if they are, they are spread apart.
I like the staff and coaches, all great people
The OTF classes/workouts are structured for all fitness levels. The workouts are different everyday.
Been going to Folsom OTF since they opened and have completed over 600 classes and still find the workouts challenging
