I like that: there's something different every day, each person works at their own pace/ability level, booking in makes me more likely to actually go, and benchmark workouts make it easy to see how my fitness is improving. OTF is just a very positive place - I'm always happy I went.
The instructors are awesome! I attend classes 3-4 times a week and no matter which class I attend the instruction is enthusiastic and motivational. Love OTF Harmony!
