I love the workout, the variety as well as being able to monitor your progress on the screens. My only suggestion would be to lower the music....at times it's hard to hear the person running the session.
The Coaches...David, Jeramey and Jordaine. The music, the variety...my early morning peeps!! the folks at the front desk are always so helpful! I just like it all!! :)
I love the personalized approach, infectious energy, and motivational skills in the workout sessions. The positive and enjoyable atmosphere, combined with valuable feedback and the coach's dedication, has truly enhanced my fitness experience.

I love everything about Orangetheory!! I love the energy in the room from the coaches and the clients, I love the music that’s personalized by each coach to match the speed of the effort, I love the lighting and the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the office staff. I love the events throughout the year to motivate all of us and make working out more fun. I love the little prizes and giveaways throughout the year, I love the variety of workouts, how supportive the coaches are, and how much knowledge they share with us — I learn something new every class! Most of all, I love that I’ve lost 20 pounds in the last year and I am feeling so good every day physically and mentally because of Orange Theory. I started at OTF 1 year ago — I was 20lbs overweight with sore knees and shoulders. I was a “walker”
That couldn’t do push-ups — 1 year later, I’m a runner (my mile is under 10 minutes ) and I can do dozen push-ups without stopping. I can’t believe how quickly I gained strength and stamina at OTF. I’m really proud of myself and I encourage EVERYONE to try Orange Theory — I can’t imagine my life without it! The only change I would make would be to add live yoga at some point in the day immediately following one of the 60 minute workouts, and if there was room, I’d wish for Zumba classes too :)
I have been going to OTF for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. I feel like every workout has a purpose and helps drive results. The staff is so friendly and the trainers are fantastic. If you are looking for a gym that helps you get results and motivates you for every workout, this is the gym for you.

I would never work out to this extreme if I didn’t have ORangetheory in my life.
