I like being guided on what to do and how to do it; and if I'm performing exercise in correctly, the coach explains how to do it properly. I love the intensity, and the fact that the hour goes by so quickly! No time is wasted it's all about the work out and it's a friendly welcoming environment.
Love it, I've been an advocate for OT for over 3 going on 4 years. I have practiced a healthy lifestyle for the majority of my life & of all the work outs I've tried over the years OT is the best 55/60 mins total body workout for all age rages and body types. No matter what restrictions I've had over the years, I've always managed to break new boundaries and continue to amaze myself in my in the goals I've achieved. I owe it all to OT.
