The workouts push you further than you would doing it by yourself. I like the heart bands and the different options/days to workout. My sister and I started in 2019 but ended in March 2020 due to the pandemic and shut downs. So now I'm back into working out again 4 years later. I'm going to stick with OT. It improves my mood plus I'm on the journey to lose 25-30 lbs. I absolutely love OT ❤️ 😍 💖 !
Great workout for any fitness level and workout can be modified to support your current level and future goals. Very supportive coaches who make you feel welcomed.
I had given up on my health after coming to USA due to work and academic pressure. But one point I had do consider something and a friend recommended OTF FM and he mentioned that they keep you motivated and accountable. He was absolutely right 6 months and 30 pounds less I feel confident.
