what i liked about orange theory is the incendivity of all he coaches. That make you never give up. and makes us never give up and you see great results.
Over the years many associates, coaches, and studio managers have come and gone, however; the workouts remain the same.
I like the idea of just showing up, and my workout is already being plotted out, so many times I’m asked how was it? My reply is always, the same as yesterday, and that’s not necessarily true.
When I began this weight release journey I weighed in at 287 lbs. Today I fluctuate between 160-165. I can run an 8-9 minute mile, and last year began obstacle course reaches. I will turn 60 in 2025.
Like to give a shout out to coach Danielle at Six Mile Ft.Myers for some tips on my obstacle course problem areas, she’s had a few excellent ideas that have paid off, to Chelsea who knows M-F I like to tread first and Sat & Sun I prefer to row first. The comraderie with Peyton the Studio Mgr & Dayna the now head coach.
My suggestions to OTF Executive Management would be to incentivize locals into continuing employment. Many of our young associates are young college students that have no idea what they will face upon graduation.
Just my 2 cents!!

I love the variety and that I don't have to think about what to do each day. I can go in and just focus on what I want to achieve and how.
The coaches used to be more interactive with form correction, high energy to help challenge me and connection but that seems to have changed over the past year. Don't know if that is corporate change or varies by location.
I am able to make it a challenge. I feel like it is my workout with expert guidance from professional trainers. It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere with no judgement, just encouragement.
It’s great. When I finish a workout I feel my very best for the day!
