I loved the floor exercises most, then the rowing and lastly the treadmill. I just don't like running however this made it way more fun that doing it by myself! I know y workout made a difference because I'm sore all over.
When I am down in the area I do enjoy going to this studio because it is convenient for me. I feel that Zachary is a great "coach". Takes the time to introduce himself to get to know the clients, explains the workout & gives modifications if needed. He has great enthusiasm.
You have 1 "coach" that over uses the words "guys" & "team" waaaaaay to much & hopefully I am not the only person who has noticed it.
I like the fact the workout follows a set plan. You're never at the mercy of a lackluster instructor who decides moment to moment what the next exercise will be. There's a plan and the instructors follow it. The instructors are encouraging and motivating. (Zack and Craig are the best!) The class is a nice mix of friendly people of all ages.
