I love OTF because the workouts are always challenging and the coaches encourage you to get out of your comfort zone. I've made a lot of progress in my 8 months of working out at OTF and am much stronger. I recently ran the mile time test in the fastest pace I've made in 10+ years. I'm felling pretty good!! :)
It's been a little over a month that I have done an OTF workout. I was working out on my own but it just wasn't the same. I missed it a lot. I went back and nothing changed, not that I thought it would have. I will always love the workouts and am so glad I came back. It gave me the motivation to workout on my own outside of OTF but knowing I will get in a couple of OTF workouts also. I love Coach Michele (her and Coach Lin are the main reasons I came back to Four Points) and, as always, the Front Desk staff is great.
Great work out. The coaches have there own personalities and really care about there clients. Each day is different and also a challenge.I have been with O.T.F for three months. My form, strength and speed have in proved dramatically. The front desk associates are friendly and professional. I am impressed with how they know every ones name. I like the variety of exercises because it keeps things interesting and the workout goes by quickly that way. The coach was also motivating and made me want to push myself to get the best work out I could.
