First class today and although it was a struggle and a wake up call I'm hooked! I'm not so sore that it's difficult to move around but I definitely feel the soreness in places that haven't worked in quite a while.

It's a perfect HIIT workout and the coaches are all fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. A workout has never been more addicting or more fun!

I love how many calories I can burn in just 1 hour! It's great! I'm always motivated to go because I know I'll come out of each class feeling like I truly accomplished something big. It's rewarding!

OT holds me accountable to show up for my workout, and I cannot make an excuse. OT gives the individual the throttle during their workout. I can go as hard or as easy as I need. It's like personal training with 20 of your friends. You cannot beat it!

The variation. I didn't work out for years because it was boring- I hated it. I am going on a year that I have gone 2-3 times per week and I enjoy it. I know in 1 hour I am going to get in a full, good & intense workout. I have gotten my husband, sister, sister-in-law & brother-in-law all doing it and they love it as well.

The variety- each time is a little different. The flexibility of multiple times to work-out during the day. It is the best work-out in one hour and I always enjoy it.
