My first workout was amazing! Zack was so friendly, positive, and encouraging. He frequently checked in on me to make sure that I was feeling comfortable and enjoying the workout, and offered corrections as needed. The front desk staff was also super friendly and upbeat. I didn't feel intimidated or pressured by them at all. I have already recommended Orange Theory to friends. I'm very excited to have started my membership and look forward to the positive effects that it will have on my fitness level.
I like getting HIIT cardio/rowing and weight training in an hour. The HR monitors kick in my competitive side to make sure I am pushing myself hard enough to be in the orange zone for atleast 12 splat points. Coaches are great and many learn your names and make it feel personal and not just a large group class.
The coaches pushed you and understood your circumstances. They made you feel like anything you were doing was enough and always pushed you to do a little more than you thought you could. I love how there was three aspects to the workouts (almost) every workout!
