I get the benefit of a trainer when I really need one, without having unnecessary 1:1 time. I also get pushed to do things I would not do alone. It also forces me to do cardio, which I would not do on my own.
I like that it's up to me to decide how heavy of weights to lift and how fast to go on the treadmill. When I first started I was a walker on the treads and now I'm a jogger and the trainers noticed me getting leaner and stronger and that was nice. I like that no one is yelling but pushing us to be the best. I also like that I can see/track my effort/performance so the real competition isn't someone else but me. I think that's the best motivation ever!!
The workouts are challenging, fast moving, fun, and great for any level athlete. The coaches are great and really motivating.

It's an extremely well planned group workout for an hour. I love the motivation the coaches provide through out the hour. I love to see the changes happening in myself and hence this has proven to be the best workout for me.
