This is the only workout program that has kept me consistent. Started in September 2023, down 25 pounds and feeling amazing. I love that all I have to do is show up, I could never push myself to work out that hard on my own. Every day is different, and the coaches are amazing. I love it here.
I like having the coaches and other people. Otherwise I don't exercise long enough. I like how personable everyone is. I like how challenging the work outs are
It is for everyone, and I mean anyone, and the results are individualized. I love having a coach modify my workout and educate me on the various exercise differences. Over time, I have learned a lot!! Through the various transformation challenges, I’ve actually transformed. I used to work out so “I could eat what I want.” Yeah, I’m serious. Now, I track what I eat, which keeps me focused on getting the right nutrients in my body. I worked hard, but didn’t get the results and the coaches kept asking me about my nutrition. I finally listened and the results are amazing. After over 1000 classes of fun, I am still getting PRs!
Coach Emma is a phenomenal coach who empowers her athletes and provides a safe environment to have fun and push yourself in the workout. She does a great job at building community within the workout and creates opportunity to develop friendships with other athletes through the shared experience of the workout.
It’s FUN!! For me, I don’t like to just go to the gym because I don’t know what to do and I feel awkward. OrangeTheory takes all that away. It fun, challenging, you have a coach to help and the “regulars” are very welcoming.
I love the accountability.
But also, I love that the broad strokes are predictable (Tread, Rower, Floor) but that the details are different every day. We get a chance to work on different muscle groups on the floor and we get a chance to monitor our efforts on the tread or rower. I recently went from power walking to jogging. I never thought I'd enjoy jogging but I do. I prefer it. I can see me actually jogging on the street when weather is better and I am already planning on upping my game during Marathon Month.
The coaches are great about correcting form, and check in when I have an injury that needs modifications. I appreciate the encouragement as I tend to talk negatively to myself, including on days I have PR'd.
I encourage anyone to give it a try. It's not easy, but it is so much worth it.

The group dynamic as well as the different exercises each time. The coach motivates you to keep pushing and having a group setting motivates you to keep going.
