I like the energy, the organized and efficient routine. I like the coaches and other members. I like the different choices in types of classes as well.
I like that I do not have to plan what my workout will look like every day. The hour workout is already planned and pushes me every time. The coaches are great and encouraging.
I like getting a good, hard workout in less than an hour.I also like being able to track my progress and see how hard I have worked out that session (splat points).I am glad you added the weight classes and have split them up,either upper, lower or full body workouts.I do lift more on my own, but this is a good adjunct to my fitness routine.
