What I like the most about the workouts at Orangetheory is actually the coaches. They are very helpful demonstrating. They are very encouraging.
And they always bring good energy to the class.
As a beginner is very helpful for me to see where my heart rate is. I tend to push myself way too hard and then just never go back. Seeing my heart rate move into the red let's me know that it's okay to pull back a little. This has made my workouts just the right amount of challenging. I also love that weights are incorporated and the focus isn't 100% cardio.
