OTF has changed my life. I'm a tech guy and see my heart rate info on the screen throughout the workout was appealing to me. I was hooked after the first class. Not just because it's cool to see your stats in real-time, but because the workout is based on MY personal best and not the person next to me and I was motivated to beat myself every time I walked in the door. Now if I'm not there 3 times a week, I feel like something's missing in my week!
I liked the variations in the workout and especially the rollers. It was little challenging to follow the instructor on the first class but teammates were really helpful and encouraging. Would love to continue the sessions..
