It felt like we packed a lot into the hour. I enjoyed the self motivation of seeing my heart rate up on the screen, definitely pushed me to work harder. I also enjoyed the instructor's personal attention.
Enjoy the variety, the encouragement and direction from coach but ultimately that I choose how hard I want to push myself each workout. The rowing was new to me and I always enjoy the rower, it adds a valuable element to the training experience.
Loved that it was an interval workout and focused on not only cardio but strength too. I liked getting to see my stats on the screen. Maggie was amazing! I thought it'd be overwhelming to keep up, but Maggie explained everything so well and was easy to follow. She pushed us but in a kind, motivating way! I'll definitely recommend to my Frisco area friends.
