The workout is rarely the same but always challenging. The relationships I've built with the trainers and other members have been helpful. I believe it sets a fun and friendly level of accountability that keeps me coming back!
I love the trainers and how they keep things moving. Great way to start the day. If I could offer a suggestion, I would incorporate a cool down period in the last few minutes of the workout. It tough avoid injuries and stiff muscles when you go from an all out to a 3-4 minute stretch and then drive home. I have personally been doing this on my own and find it has really helped me recover for the next workout. But outside of that, I am thrilled to be a member of your Frisco location!
