The variety of weight, rowing, and cardio. I also love staff! ❤️ They provide such great feedback to help me get better! Working out as a group is also a great way to keep motivation up!
I love having instruction instead of figuring out my work out. The structure at Orange theory is amazing! I have lost 20 pounds in the last six months and I feel fit & energized. The instructors are amazing! I never know working out would be this much fun!
The workout is amazing at any studio, but the teachers at the kentlands studio are extremely nice and welcome, and are not "transactional" but rather genuinely want to see you improve. It makes a huge difference in the general vibe of coming to work out there. Some employees at other studios, specifically the rockville pike location, are not kind to their customers.
OTF is the best workout there is for people who like to work hard. I am an avid runner and have been loving doing more strength and love when we get on the rower and push hard there. It is an all body workout that I love.
It's a great overall workout. You get cardio and weights all in one and the instructor is very motivating, I also like the ability to monitor heart rate and calories burned. It has been a really good addition to other workouts that I am doing.
Loved the workout itself. Also, the manager and trainer (Kristi) were great. Super friendly and helpful. Kristi made my first class amazing. She helped keep me on track, corrected my form and made sure I was able to keep up with the fast pace of the class.
