It was challenging, but the encouragement from the coach and even people I didn't know was motivating. I joined before taking a free class and know it was the best investment towards my fitness goals! My OTF friends and colleagues were right, it's s great workout that keeps you moving and burning!
It worked every muscle in my body. It was one of the best workouts I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be back! The only thing stopping me from signing a membership is the price. Other then that, you all keep up the great work!!!
I enjoy the workouts at OTF because they are never the same! All the Trainers always push me out of my comfort zone. Amanda and Ahmad are Amazing Trainers!! All the Staff and Trainers at OTF Kentlands are very dedicated and wonderful to us the members!! Great job OTF Kentlands!!
I am a founding member of OTF in Middletown, NJ. As I was on a business trip in Rockville, MD I did not want to miss my favorite workout and asked OTF in Gaithersburg if I could come to work out there for two days. I was welcomed to come to work out - everyone was very nice and kind to me - friendly members (I dare say friendlier than up north at home), enthusiastic and emphatic trainers, approachable and engaging front desk personnel. It was interesting to see OTF in a different region - different music choices and less competitiveness than in my town (which a bedroom community-like suburb of NYC with plenty of attitude and aggressive cut throat competition. Example: in my gym we have 5 heats for the dri-tri. In Gaithersburg it looked like there was only one heat and there were still available spots). While the work out was equally great and multifaceted, the delivery was different but in a good way. I was also impressed that there were 90 minute classes available, which are not available in my gym. The rowers' seats were also more comfortable than in my gym. I also liked that one of the heart rates' screens was right on the floor. In my gym the screens are located only in the cardio area. The set up was very nice and the location was a convenient one. I like that you "prebook your spot online". It is nice to walk in and know you don't have to fight for a spot. I also like the combination of cardio on the treads and rowers in conjunction with the strength training. The trainers are always knowledgeable and enthusiastic as well.
Honestly, everything! I am injured again and the trainers have been over and above helpful in adjusting my work out plan. Each and every workout targets different muscle groups, both high and low intensity and never gets boring. Love OTF!
I like the different workout routines from day to day. I've been coming to OTF for over a year and have not done the same workout twice. This is very important to keep me motivated and prevent boredom.
