I love the overall fitness packed into one hour- the mix up of routines and the overall atmosphere- it doesn’t hurt that my favorite color happens to be also be orange!
great way to stay in shape and have fun- local comraderie builds as you recognize friends and neighbors as well as regular attendees to class. coaches are all top notch and super helpful and motivating.

The hardest part about my workout is getting there. I’ve never regretted an OTF workout. It’s about one hour and I feel like I get a great workout in. My heart is racing, my blood is pumping and my body is sweating. I feel great leaving.
No thinking! Meaning for a great workout I just show up for the planned 1 hour and go without getting in my own head! No one cares if I am not perfect. My only competition is myself. Even if I know someone there (outside of OTF) I dont care what they are doing or self conscious. The music and lighting motivate me to move without any doubts or worries.
Like the varied workouts each day and the focus on strength, power and endurance. Love the coaches telling/explaining what to do. Coaches encouragement is great.

I’ve been working out at Orangetheory for about four years now. The Garden City Park Orangetheory is staffed with incredibly friendly and helpful people. I’ve been working out for the better part of my adult life and can easily say that this system will work for anyone no matter where you are Fitness wise, you will improve, whatever your individual fitness goal.
I feel that the coaches create a comfortable atmosphere and help as needed. I feel comfortable and excited getting ready for the next class. The girls at the front desk are so nice and are accepting of any questions I bring up. I've lost 12 pounds since I started OT and it has brought back my love of fitness. Thank you team!
