I'm a superfan! LOVE OTF! Monday's workout was off the hook. Would love fewer 3 Gs and more killer workouts like that where you actually get to spend some time on the treadmill. Also, always love a good playlist. More Pitbull. Ha, ha

I like how it gave you all different types of work outs to do. You were able to do full sets intervals compared to some other work out classes I leave feeling like I really didn't work out

I like that the workouts vary from day to day and that each one includes cardio, strength, and endurance. I can always keep challenging myself to do better and I can see the results on the scoreboard. I have been going to OTF for a year and a half and in that time my resting heart rate has decreased from about 70 to the mid-50s! The coaches are all motivating and encouraging and they are all in such great shape. They are inspiring.
