I like that the workouts vary from day to day and that each one includes cardio, strength, and endurance. I can always keep challenging myself to do better and I can see the results on the scoreboard. I have been going to OTF for a year and a half and in that time my resting heart rate has decreased from about 70 to the mid-50s! The coaches are all motivating and encouraging and they are all in such great shape. They are inspiring.
